Like any business, I have policies in place to keep expectations clear.

COVID-19

As with everything COVID related, policies may change as conditions change and developments are made.

I am fully vaccinated and boosted but will wear a mask during sessions if requested.

If you or anyone in your household is expiriencing any of the following symptoms your session will have to be rescheduled.

• cough
• new loss of taste or smell
• fever
• shortness of breath
• sore throat

Weather

Sessions will only be cancelled due to weather at the photographer’s discretion. Reasons are, but not limited to, rain, air quality (smoke) or high wind.

Cancelations & Reschedules

I understand that life happens and we need to be flexible. If you need to reschedule your session for any reason your retainer is eligible for a ONE TIME transfer to a new date within a year of your original date. Any additional reschedules will require a new retainer.

In the event that you cancel your scheduled full session the retainer (up to 50% of your session fee) will be forfeited and you will not be held liable for the remaining balance.

If you need to reschedule your mini session your funds can be used towards another open mini session time slot or put towards a full session on another date. Cancelling a mini session will result in the forfeit of all funds already paid.
